What the tools do
Your calculator entries stay in the page.
The repair triage and sizing calculator use the values you enter to show a result in your browser. The current tools do not ask you to create an account or intentionally send those entries to a Softener Scout database.
Do not enter information that could identify another person or reveal a sensitive household situation. The tools are educational and are not a replacement for a water-quality professional or the product manual.
Infrastructure and advertising
Normal request data may be processed.
The hosting and delivery providers needed to serve a public website may process standard technical request data such as an IP address, browser details, and timestamps in their logs.
No repair profile is required.
The current site does not require sign-in, save a repair history, or ask for a name, phone number, or address to run its tools.
Advertising will be disclosed here.
The site may load the Google AdSense library for site verification and advertising configuration. Ads will not serve until the account and site are approved and ad units are configured. If enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. This page will identify the provider and relevant user choices before ad activation.
Questions about a product link?
See the affiliate disclosure for how future partner links will be labeled and kept separate from the repair diagnosis.
